1. Purpose of application

The card payment system on the website www. Vung Tau Stationery PT .vn (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is provided by payment gateway partners who have been legally licensed to operate in Vietnam (“Payment Gateway Partners”). Accordingly, our card payment security standards are guaranteed to comply with the security standards of the Payment Gateway Partners.

In addition, we also have our own payment transaction security standards, ensuring the safety of customers’ payment information.

2. Specific regulations

– Payment transaction policy using domestic and international cards ensures compliance with the security standards of Payment Gateway Partners including:

• SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) internet data security standard provided by Cloudflare.

• Payment gateway provider’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification.

• MD5 128 bit encryption standard.

• Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

– Our payment transaction security policy applies to customers:

• We do not store any information related to customers’ payment cards.

• Customers access the website via HTTPS protocol.

• Customers can optionally use OTP to access and make transactions.

• We provide one-step payment function: when customers enable this function, the system will default the delivery/order information according to the previous order, the payment method selected is according to the form of the previous successful order (customers can customize the information if they want).

• Internal systems between our modules use key encryption exchange methods: Internal data exchange application systems are encrypted using private and public key sets to ensure data security and integrity.
