* VALUE ADDED SERVICES

– Cash collection service

+Free collection on all orders.

+ Time to check and transfer money to the shop: Monday/Wednesday/Friday every week.

+Bank transfer fee (if any): based on the fee announced by the Bank.

– Multiple delivery service

+For orders delivered within the province, free re-delivery ‘multiple’ times if the first delivery is unsuccessful.

+After the first 3 ‘Failed’ deliveries, we will save your order to coordinate with the recipient to have a re-delivery time if requested.

– Return goods

+ For orders within the province: Return fee = 0 VND/order. Return time 3-5 working days or on the nearest pick-up date.

+ Interprovincial orders: Total return fee = Interprovincial shipping fee + Return fee Return fee = 50% of interprovincial shipping fee. Return time is from 7 – 12 working days.

Notes on returns when using inter-provincial delivery service:

• In case the order has not been packed for inter-provincial shipping (before 13:30 for goods created in the morning & evening of the previous day, 17:30 for goods received in the afternoon), if there is a request for return:

– Sample delivery for selection

+ Partial delivery – support bringing multiple samples (size, color,…) for the Recipient to view options, charged as 1 order.

+ The remaining products are returned to the shop. For domestic orders, return fee = 0 VND/order. For inter-provincial orders, return fee = 50% of shipping fee.

+ The time for the Recipient to check the goods to choose is no more than 15 minutes from the time of receiving the goods.

– Cargo insurance service

+ Fee for using cargo insurance service: 1% of declared value (minimum 20,000 VND).

+ Support for declaring value up to 10 million VND/bill of lading. In case you need support for declaring a larger value of goods, please contact us for support.

+ Declared goods must have valid invoices.

+ Goods with COD value declared on the order >= 5 million VND will be charged an insurance fee of 1% of the COD value by default. This fee is collected every period.

* GENERAL PROVISIONS

• Prohibited goods

+ Drugs and stimulants.

+ Weapons, ammunition, military technical equipment.

+ Obscene and reactionary cultural products; publications and documents aimed at destroying public order and opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

+ Explosive, flammable objects or substances and substances that are dangerous or unsanitary, causing environmental pollution.

+ Types of goods that the state prohibits from circulation, trading, exporting or importing.

+ Living organisms, food requiring preservation. – Items, publications, goods prohibited from being imported into the receiving country.

+ Vietnamese and foreign currency and valuable papers such as money; VAT invoices, documents that cannot be reissued. – Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, etc.), precious stones or other products made from precious metals and precious stones.

–    Regulations on prohibited goods

Goods that are prohibited from being transported by air will be returned to the Customer, including:

+ Batteries, power banks and similar products.

+ Jewelry, electronics and high-value goods (phones, laptops, etc.).

+ Perfume, cosmetics in spray, liquid, powder form.

+ Refrigerant gases, organic oxygen compounds, oxidants, radioactive, toxic, corrosive, magnetic substances, etc.

+ Some other goods according to aviation regulations.

– Regulations on packaging and storage of goods

+ Only accept goods that have been packaged and preserved by the Sender. We will deliver the goods in their original packaging, without checking the goods. We refuse to compensate for damaged goods due to the Sender’s fault (insecure packaging causing damage to the goods, etc.).

+ Refuse compensation for damaged goods due to natural product characteristics (easily melted, …).

– Regulations on liability for compensation for loss or misplacement of goods & regulations on exemption from liability for compensation for loss or misplacement of goods

Complaint period: Within 05 days from successful delivery or return

– General provisions

+ In some objective weather conditions (storms, floods, etc.), goods may be delivered later than expected.
